Line feed at end of file

Let me add that if there is already a blank line at the end of the file it does not keep adding new lines. One of the ways to avoid this issue is to use SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), but it doesn't always make sense to use SSIS for simple operations. I think this row is just the result of Windows adding DOS carriage control characters (CR and LF).

I plan to add some codes to check the end of each row for chr(10) since it is looping for every row anyway. Sometimes unwanted end of line characters are part of the source file and these can create issues when importing the data. You don't need to use addition WITH NATIVE LINEFEED.
